No mosfet with the switch.
As for the M4e ya I own two M4e gearboxes. One is just a standard standard reliability build and the other is running a low stress DSG build.
The entire firing control unit on the M4e is excellent, but the actual Mosfet that is used on it is absolute crap. If you try to use a spring stronger than m120, the MOSFET will pop. Also this is not an active breaking MOSFET.
Opening and closing of the gearbox is one of the easiest I have seen up to date. All of the wires is on the outside of the gearbox. Still got your quickchange spring. Stock internals are not bad. Will usually last about 2 seasons of hardcore gaming, till the gears turn to mush.
