That's a pretty broad generalization when it comes to neo motors. They can either be fast or slow, that is fastER or slowER than ferrite motors. One thing for sure though, they always have more torque. Since I started using neo motors, the only one I've found thats caused any overspin was a G&P M180. If you want a neo motor but are worried about overspin, you're probably pretty safe with a JG Blue.
