Just as a clarification by death I mean Summer recess, plus a possible election being triggered in the next few months. So it's less of a death and more like a temporary pause. It's future will depend on the position of the NDP and if the Liberals remain a minority/become a majority government. Given the state of PC's we'll likely see similar legislation going forward.
