Update: As of now (Feb 4, 2021) I found a workaround if you can't post more:
- Go to your profile
- Go to "Selling"
- *If you can't find "Selling" on your profile, reinstall the app
- Select one of your random sales posts
- Select "Sell another like this"
It should now let you send another post for approval
