You should talk to us if you want a custom build like that.
To answer your question if you want to build a true MK18, the Dytac rail isn't even close. Performance-wise, it's also not really all there.
I would suggest a VFC MK18 Mod 1 (or Mod 0 depending on what you're looking for) and go complete custom internals.
