To get back on track;
I made plenty of orders from there (in the few hundreds) and have yet to have problems

Aliexpress is the retail version of alibaba which is wholesale only; We (family) ordered about two tons of forged steel railing (for patio) on alibaba with no issues whatsoever too; came to less than a tenth of paying retail here

Orders can take between 2weeks to two months
It's pretty random

So yeah, there are good deals to be made there
