That's good brand and gun to start out with. G&P are famous for other guns but they seem to be pretty decent overall. I saw a good list of starter guns over on this site that list lots of details on each gun including fps. I'd recommend the combat machine on the second page as it shoots stock under the 366 or one of the G36ks with the 350 fps limit.
