I have the Contour Roam and the Contour +2 GPS. After some tinkering I find that 720/60fps is the way to go.
I also did the firmware update on my Contour Roam and turned it into a Contour Roam 2. Works great and its easy to do.
I like the Contours way better than the U.A.F GoPro's.
