The CMore is mounted too far forward. Properly mounted, it can comfortably co-exist with a front sight in place.
As far as I can tell, you're running the Springfield V12 slide... if you have access to a mill, and a dovetail bit, you could cut in a new channel to install a standard front sight, but because of the porting on the V12 slide, finding the right place to put the dovetail will be difficult, and it will likely look awkward.
I would say the slide is no longer usable in any other capacity than how you have it now.
