The JG Bar 10 is 100% compatible with the TM, so all those high quality upgrades for the TM can be used in the JG. The only difference is the externals, and it is quite minute.
All sniper rifles suck stock, as AEG's will be able to outperform them. In the end, not matter what platform, all fully upgraded (and with fine tuning) snipers should perform similarly.
