Absolutely, it'll hide an inner barrel no problem. When I first purchased the gun (which was second-hand... I should've mentioned that) it was shooting about 370-380 and I had it downgraded so I could use it at indoor venues. A stock CYMA should still shoot roughly from 360-380.
If you wanna remain accurate/purist, you should probably pick up a PBS-4 instead of the PBS-1 (as its supposed to be a 7.62x39 suppressor) as it'll coincide with the 5.45 magazines better. I only have the PBS-1 there because I stumbled upon this rather confusing reference image:
