i bought a 50' roll of 16GA galvanized steel wire from canadian tire for around $4. with just a pair of wire cutters and a pair of pliers i was able to make about 25 grenade pins in about 15-20 minutes. i still have a shit ton of the wire. now i can focus more on pulling out my grenade and making a good throw rather then making sure my pin is safe...
