More of rack the bolt like a real ak it causes cracks that split the front of the receiver. putting too much stress on the stock can snap the aluminum alloy trunnion holding the stock to the receiver. Landing too hard can brake the front sight post ears.
You could still keep it working, but your ak will look like something from a third world country.
