Internally speaking the VFC, G&G and G&P are TM compatible. The ISC is largely but not totally TM compatible because of the split gearbox.
If I were to rank them: 1)VFC 2)G&P 3)G&G 4)ICS. The G&G recoil system just makes noise, there is no felt recoil.

edit: If you want recoil did you consider a WE 416 GBBR.
