Actually I pushed that thing inside and it is spring loaded for both the elevation and windage. Put the adjusting screws again until it screws on tight but the recticle/crosshair doesn't move.
My issue is crosshair a bit off to the left. I haven't done test shots yet sighting in this scope. I could only tell it's off to the left when I sight through the scope and reference my front sight with the crosshair, it is not aligned with the front sight. Is this normal?
