G&P cast bodies are high quality compared to some others (G&G, CA) still suffer all the disadvantages of being cast, they ARE solid, but all their receiver top rails I've seen are slightly under-sized =/
I would say high quality pot metal, probably the closest you'll get in airsoft without using machined billet lol
