He says if he was to go to a game and charge someone wearing some stuff like that he says he would have to charge everyone, and police officers hate paper work so you can almost garentee its not worth there time. As long as your not going around saying your cheif of weapon and firearms or something like that then it's not a big deal. I just posted it up for reference.
