20 centimeters of silencer?? Well that's a big silencer.

For the barrel, I've read a lot of good things about 6.03 accuracy, so you should look into that. You have to decide if you want to keep the silencer on or off, and find the length you want based on this. Get any "common" length that fits inside that value. Personally, I would not buy a super long barrel, but that's me. For brands, you have a lot of choice, the higher end being Prometheus right now, judging from what I read. Lonex also makes a high end barrel of that length, and I've never heard anything bad about Lonex.

For the no how-up, do you mean no bucking, or no hop-up assembly? If you need the whole assembly, it will depend on the compatibility of the gun, but if you need the bucking only, it's 5-10$ and relatively easy to install on the inner barrel.
