I use O-Ring sets found in plumbing departments for 0-Ring replacement on my KA Shells - IE from Moen, Hamilton Standard - usually meant for plumber 'professionals'.

An O-Ring is generally just an O-Ring.. in applications like the 40mm grenade - doesn't need to be special with a special price. In the case of the O-Ring used for BB retention, lube it with a dab of silicone oil once installed - this will increase the time between need for replacement.
