Marui has changed since I started playing in regards to their production of P90s ie. the RDS on the newer models are a lot better then the original RDS from earlier productions. During this time TM most likely made the switch from Metal to Plastic. Easiest way to tell though is if there are Marui markings on the receiver. If there are FN then it is aftermarket. However I believe takagari seeing that he got his P90 long before I got into this chaos.
Me personally, if your going to put money into upgrading (internal and external) a P90 get the TM. All aftermarket parts are made specifically for their designs, yes the G&G will take all those parts as well but nothing beats the original and its reliability.
If you don't plan on any internals upgrades though, then get the G&G. All the reviews I have seen is that it is a solid gun stock, most you would need to do to it is switch it to deans, maybe a new motor if the ROF doesn't suit you taste but that is about it (all personal preference really).
