Really, they are both great.
the G&G has a metal upper, so that's a plus.
the material used looks better, so that's also a plus.
I have no FIRST HAND experience with the G&G, but I know what the let downs of the TM are, and they all seem to be covered. I have a friend that got the G&G and I am really tempted to get one too.
