It is new. There are a lot of dealers in Canada that sell the VFC Glock once supplies are available.
As for upgrades, I am sure it will exist. Look at the KRISS Vector, upgrades are already showing up in the market.
The VFC Glock looks solid and well made. I have several VFC's and will buy this for sure.
