Bb bastard "frag" bbs have much less polish then their normal line of bbs some other brands may be less or more polished.
i find the percision grade madbull bb's seem to be a bit more polished then their match grade bb those are baisicly the same as bb bastards
then you get yer walmart/canadian tire stuff those are made differently im not sure if they get a polish to them, but alot of em have seams and odd air bubbles that baisiclally effect the "smoothness" of the outside simaler to how polish would
