the land im looking at now is zoned "residential". 55 acres for $99k. Also have sent an email to the township regarding commercial licensing. I'm sure I can swing a private field at the very least. I also have an eye on 100 acres zoned recreational for $59k (although it does not seem to have any potential for building permits since it is on a unopened road allowance).
