I called using the 1-800 number on their site (1-855-727-6395). He gave me my tracking number over the phone, but I may have written it down wrong (or it is too soon after shipping) because the number is not recognized on the UPS tracking website.
He did say that I should expect my order to arrive Monday or Tuesday. Free shipping is free shipping, I can wait over the weekend
