Thanks guys... yes I need the base plates but it seems when I order parts I always forgot that part and I mean ALWAYS!

Anyway like RM comment I'd prefer it with a smaller size grip or even better single stack but I haven't seen any of those for TM yet so... I'm happy with it like this!
