put some tape on the barrel and use a pair of pipe wrenches or a pipe wrench and an adjustable or some vise grips and an adjustable or two vice grips, the three i couldnt get off wer glued/loc tited on there but the leverage with the two wrenches worked easy. Also make sure there isnt a set screw on the flash hider.
