I fold my shemagh in half diagonally, then I fold it at about two thirds of the way up, then I wrap the sides around my neck with the triangle in front of my face and bring the sides back around and do a simple loose knot in the front to hold it there. If you do it right you don't have to bite it or anything, just pull it up and it'll sit there on it's own.
