I'm running an 11.1v LiPo on mine, that's a max of 12.6v
What saves the motor is those tiny little wires choking all the current trying to go through.
It will get hot for sure, but mine lasted over a year and a half and ended up stripping one of the plastic gears before doing any motor damage
Also may be worth noting, the boards on these box mags don't like anything above 9.6v
My 11.1v LiPo would cause the motor to trickle down in speed then stay on at very low speed. I don't know shit about electronics, I just know the problem is caused by an 11.1v LiPo lol
You're better off having the pressure switch only anyway, there's no use feeding ammo when you don't need it to.
