oh, I'm quite aware of what will happen with a super high torque motor with a m90 spring. :P
In your application, probably a shs 7 (metal) tooth piston will work, or again the lonex red since it's also a half and half piston. For motor if you really need one, best stick with a ferrite motor at that fps... unless you want to put in a 120 spring and shortstroke 2 teeth off the sector gear, then you can run a neo motor without issue.
I have a p90 on my bench with a shortstroke swiss cheese setup and an shs torque motor... it's viciously fast without even trying... I chronoed it at 28 rps on my 20c 11.1... it would probably hit 30-31 with the 30c I have. It shoots at about 330 on average.
