The KWA mags are actually pretty strong, despite their weight.
Some (not sure about Mp7) KWA mags' lips are metal, making them sturdier and harder to break.
My KWA LM4 PMags lips are plastic if I remember correctly
A guy on KWA's forum did a drop test of these and apparently the conclusion is they can take quite a beating (not indestructible obviously).
