its a weird one.
they're hit or miss.
sometimes they're looked at as an accessory other times as a prohibited device, and others the package isnt opened.
though if its coming from asia i've noticed everything gets opened.
best bet is to find a retailer with it, or classifieds, or some retailers do custom orders
