thank you very much everyone for your fast replies. It was actually a stupid thing.

At the end of the inner barrel , there was a plastic ring holding the barrel tight inside the outer barrel. The barrel was aiming down because of the lack of support. therefore always shooting up. The problem was that the ring got stucked with the flash hider, i removed the flash hider and the ring dropped in.
