As per getting the barrel to Canada - I gave Ed my address when I was inquiring about a 445mm, 6.01ID Bull barrel ported and crownd for my VSR - and he qouted me: $75 for the barrel and $55 shipping
Which really isn't that bad considering the quality of what your getting.

Re Kos-Mos,
If I went the route you just described - and after reading it I most certainly want to go that route.
For the 500mm tightbore, it would be 6.01ID Yes?
- but would it be standard OD or BULL barrel straight?
- and would you still get it ported and crowned? Cuz it will be all the way inside of the outer barrel still so I'm guessing that would mean that you wouldn't port and crown it?? =/ I really don't know.

Also Once I get it all - would you be willing to help me do that custom barrel mod you described? I'm very handy - all you'd have to do is walk me through it.

It would be much appreciated!
