The million dollar question is how old is he? If he's under twelve, that's one thing; but if he's over then he has some type of social disability. I feel bad for him, as these types of fantasies can be harmful if left unattended. Things could end badly as well if he is "practicing stalking" with a ghille suit and what appears to be a realistic looking gun. So unless he's stalking his pet hamster in his mother's living room, he's at risk.
So like I said, is he a child or youth? It could make a big difference on how impressionable he is, or his level of life problem solving skill. I wouldn't spur him on in a negative way, lest he ends up shooting up a movie theater. My concern is he that he obviously has the wherewithal to post this on Kajiji, but can't look up all relevant information about scout snipers or the USMC. Either way, why in earth does he have an Airsoft gun?
