You're not likely to get a light under 60 for a USP. They've got a proprietary mounting rail, that requires an adapter or specific light. As far as I know, there are only real steel lights for the USP rail system. The rail adapters usually run for 30 to 40 bucks alone.

I don't know if you can find a UTL, or insight m2 clone, but those are plain flashlights for USPs.
