I guess if your business model is to build them in your garage...
Also for what they are assembly is more like 5 minutes.
I'm speaking more of printed boards. Surface mount components. Done in a factory. Yes. You'll need to build a few hundred. But costs would be maybe 5$
If you plan to build ten at a time. In your garage. With standard components. Than not only will it cost more. They will be three times the size. Quality control will suck and you won't corner any sort of market with a homemade fet.
