My bet is probably the H&K MP5 but the problem is it has blowback, it's nice but it might lead to future complication.
The Top tech mp5a4 has solid internals, but cost to much, I'm not sure about the trades but if they do the Umarex might have one.
Look for a couple of reviews and see how it goes, maybe wait for a while, maybe in the near future you might change your mind into getting something else like a king arms m4 or classic army and or G&G, King arms m4 is really good, prices are very low.
Do more research and remember don't spend your price range all in the gun make sure you have a couple extra space for the things you need like mags, batterys & charger, vest, mask.
Check out hobbyking.com for batterys and charger, I would recommend getting a nano-tech 7.4v and a Imax b6-Ac or Imax b6... Not the CHINA FAKES!
