Hey guys. Planning on purchasing some Flora BDU's soon.

I'm curious about the sizing. I'm ordering a 58. but there is usually a number after the size, not sure what that means, example 58/4 or 2 or whatever. Is this length or something like that? I didn't see anything on their sizing charts that would explain it. Just making sure I get the right size here.
