What he said. They all break at that particular place, through normal use.
Just look at the KWA's forum, you'll see plenty of people with the same issue.
When I first got the gun, brand new, mine broke after a mag or two.
I also had to replace, fix, do whatever needed to the return springs (as mine broke twice along with the nozzles). At some point I even used thick elastics to replace the springs (was working good but they were so thick compared to the post that holds them they occasionally got out of place. Superglued and it was fine)
Now what I did was to buff the top of the slide just a little, above the where the nozzle sits. This, with a good amount of lube (don't overdo it) seems to bring better results, for now :P
Question for you Rommen: Is your gas block (part 27) in aluminium or plastic?
