Depending on the mount you get, and how low you mount it, yes, it can become difficult or impossible to takedown the gun without removing the optics.
Constant loosening and tightening of the mount screws will eventually strip the threads if you're drilling/tapping in to a stock Marui frame. The soft die-cast aluminum will not take constant turning well. If you must do it, use a coarser threading rather than a fine thread. It's recommended to upgrade to a high end billet aluminum receiver if you wish to do a lot of installation/removal of the mount... or use a quick detach mount that doesn't require drilling.
But yes, the optics and mount are the last thing you should install.
CMore batteries are not rechargeable... if they are, I've never seen them. "What happens if the battery dies?" You go to the store, buy another battery, and replace it - just like you would with your tv remote control. You don't need to re-zero the scope each time you replace, as you don't need to remove the optics to access the battery compartment. It's top-accessible.
If you put in a 7 inch barrel... feel free to do whatever you want with the open sights. There is no rule book that says you will burn in hell if you decide to use open sights with a compensated gun. Wilson Combat had a compensated 1911 in production for years with iron sights. Jim Boland was also famous for doing this before optics were the rage. I can't see why the sights wouldn't work anymore... what's your logic behind this thinking?
You're over-thinking, my friend. Keep it simple. Buy it, install it, shoot it. Have fun, and be safe.
