If I recall correctly, the 3 in 1 stuff at CT isn't 100% silicone. You want 100% silicone. Look for the food safe stuff.
The 100% silicone spray is good for maintaining your gun. I remember ShaDo lightly spraying his guns down post game to keep everything rust free.
