Typically between 4-7 for an AR, depending on the situation. Like Brian said, depends on the mission. If I'm going to have easy access to reloading, I don't need to carry as much. Always realcap unless I'm getting very seriously outgunned and need to bump up how much ammo I'm carrying, at which point realcaps get filled to low-caps. If I need to carry more, I can stick some in my backpack/pockets, too.
GBBR I'll carry the same amount.
Pistol, anywhere between 3-5, real cap 1911 single-stack, again depending on what I'm wearing, where I'm going, how much I intend to use my secondary.
