I know Seals Action Gear in Calgary has carried Eagle. You can look at their online catalogue, or phone them as they will bring in specific items, if they carry the brand. There was an Eagle Ciras in there in the last few months or so.

Also Condor makes that style of rig. Capital Airsoft in Edmonton can bring in anything from Condor. Check their online catalogue.

If it's not listed in their catalogue check out Condor Outdoor, and give the boys at Capital the part#. They do orders often. Condor is very good quality, but loads cheaper than Eagle. But Eagle is superior, just not by much.
