ive heard the same complaint about the famas, too. when we had one at the range for foreign weapon training, it didnt feel very solid at all. the shell ejection port cover (on this one at least) wasnt hard to pop off either, which meant hot brass would fly up, instead of to the left or right.
i didnt fire it though, so i cant comment further than that.
