For plastic parts i usually leave them in the sun for an hour or so and then paint em i find whene the parts are warm the pain adheares better, A hair dryer should work just dont get it so hot you melt your parts or warp em.
Oh and stalker nice dish rack, My wife would shit if she seen that.....lol oh and is that Airsoft or RS?
