I'm a fan of the KAC 300M BUIS that comes standard with the M4 SOPMOD kit.

VFC Makes a nice licensed KAC BUIS, pair that up with say a barrel mounted KAC SR16 sight and you should be good to go for that.

CQBR barrel is generally 10.3" (Mk18 Mod0). Madbull has Daniel Defense 10.3", 11.5", and 12.5" outer barrels. If you go with a 10.3" Mk18 outer barrel and mate it with a 260mm that should do the trick.
