Since you already have your outdoor spring, you should get a M100. An M110 will likely push you past 350fps (yielding about 360) and could also be too hot for CQB. Also, an M100 will be much more forgiving on your gearbox internals, be less work for the motor and battery to compress, and also, you will likely experience a significant increase in rate of fire relative to your stock spring.
Hope that helps. If you have access to someone who has already swapped a spring on one of these things, I highly recommend getting their help. This is a beautiful piece of hardware so try to go slow and don't force anything
