The one on the ground is a VAS Shroud (replica) and not a Norotos 3-hole
@Viteq: The PVS15 only works with real arms for now. You'll need the Norotos TATM-short, the AKA2 or one of the Wilcox solutions.
It won't work with the USGI Rhino mount or the TATM-long. Those are for PVS-14.
