Bull barrels are nice, but you will remove them after a few games.
The L or P versions are about as heavy as THE REST OF THE RIFLE by themselves.
The G version is manageable though.
I really recommend you to get the lightweight version of what ever barrel you want. They are cheaper, a LOT lighter and look the same (aside from fluting).
I would also go with Promy 6.03 tightbore over the PDI one. I tried the 6.01 and 6.03s... they are VERY tight. So tight that they become useless on the field. Anything that gets in the mag well will jam a BB in the barrel (we are talking dust here). They are perfect in a controlled environment, but for field use, stick with 6.03. It's better to have a rifle with 2" larger grouping at 150' that always shoots vs. a rifle you have to carry in a sealed plastic bag.
The PDI AEG hop-up is nice, but never as consistent as the stock TM hop-up.
You could also simply order the new TM precision hop-up set. It comes with a very good 6.03 brass barrel (brass is softer, but a lot more slippery than steel...better for a smooth bore barrel).
